Stefanie Tortorella is the founder of The Salt & Pepper Catering Co. and these are the words that create the heart of her business. Stefanie began producing incredible dishes as a way to unwind from her intense schedule in the fashion industry. In addition to the enjoyment the process provided, she discovered she had fallen upon a unique concept. Fashion had taught her that clothes are seasonal, a designer’s talent is inherent and the classics are always favoured. The same, she decided, applies to catered cuisine. With this in mind, Stefanie created The Salt & Pepper Catering Co.
